We all love a good Blues based jam track, and this one is pretty cool.
Once more, we are starting with the pentatonic scale and here are all the scale shapes for you:

Here are some things you can try:
I am a huge fan of singing a line then playing it. It helps you be creative, helps your ear training, and also stops random noodling:)
Once you've done that, sing a line, then instead of trying to play it, play an 'answer' to it - think 'question and answer' typical in blues.
Can you play a simple line, starting on the root, then change shape and play the same line starting from a different root?
Can you do this moving up through all the shapes in order, and can you do it moving down through the shapes?
There are a few of my idea, what about yours? What do you find useful - please leave a comment.
And here is the track-
